Her memoir\, “Dream Homes: From Cairo to Katrina\, an Exile’s Journey”\, was published in 2008 by the Feminist Press. Her translations include “A Land Like You” (Seagull Books)\, “Malicroix” (New York Review Books)\, and “The Beast\, and Other Tales” (Northwestern University Press).
