Does your family have the best Sephardic recipe? Like to cook Sephardic? Let the world know by submitting  your recipe to the ASF’s Great Sephardic Chef Competition. Entries will be judged by a panel of scholars, chefs, restaurateurs, and authors.

Contest terms:

A valid submission will consist of a cooking demonstration video and written recipe that someone can easily follow. Multiple submissions are allowed. $10 review fee per submission. Author retains ownership rights to the recipe while granting the ASF rights in perpetuity to publish (with attribution) and receive all benefits from publications. Video recordings become the sole property of the ASF.
